ABOUT ME
I am a self-taught, Paris-born painter raised in Kinshasa.
Today, I divide my time between the two cities, shaping my sensibilities as an artist.
My practice is rooted in figurative painting, using realistic representation to invite viewers to ponder environmental and social themes through my work.
My paintings are distinguished by their intensity of color and the interplay between subject and background. My aesthetic seeks to engage the viewer in a broader meditation on vulnerability and resilience.
Weaving together precision, depth, and visual power, my art offers a space where beauty becomes a vehicle for awareness and questions that are at once timeless and urgent.
